About the Role

Jusme Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Certified Medical Coder to support U.S. physician practices with accurate, compliant coding and documentation review across multiple specialties.

Mandatory Requirements

- AAPC CPC Certification (Mandatory)
- 2–4 years of U.S. physician coding experience.
- Solid knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS Level II, modifiers, NCCI edits, and CMS/commercial payer guidelines.
- Experience coding Sports Medicine and/or Orthopedics physician encounters.
- Experience reviewing provider documentation, assigning accurate codes, and supporting coding-related denial resolution.
- Good understanding of E/M coding guidelines.
- Experience working on physician/practice coding (not only facility coding).

Good to Have




- Experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) coding.
- Exposure to Behavioral Health/Psychiatry coding.
- Experience with AdvancedMD, Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth , or similar EMR/PM systems.
- Knowledge of Medicare and commercial payer coding policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Review physician documentation and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS Level II, and modifier codes.
- Ensure coding compliance with CMS and payer-specific guidelines.
- Identify documentation gaps and raise provider queries where required.
- Support coding-related denial analysis and resolution.
- Meet defined quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
