Returning Student- Log In The Medical Assistant program has two modules: Back Office and Front Office . Each module may be taken individually. You increase your employment opportunities by taking both.

Front Office In the Medical Assistant Front Office Module, you will learn secretarial, clerical, and reception skills needed to work in the medical front office.

Back Office In the Medical Assistant Back Office Module you will learn about principles of infection control, diagnostic tests, medications, administering injections and more.

Registration for the Back Office Module will open July 20, 2026 Duration

Front Office - 20 Weeks (240 program hours total)

Back Office - 20 Weeks (240 program hours total)

Class Schedule Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday, 5:00 PM - 9:15 PM

Cost Includes the textbook.

Front Office - $1,000

Back Office - $1,000

Payment options: Debit/credit cards, or money orders.

Registration, Placement Testing, & Orientation Registration for orientation and placement testing for the upcoming session will open July 20, 2026
