Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid media platform

Build high-performing acquisition, remarketing and lead generation campaign

Manage media budgets while maximizing ROAS and minimizing wasted spen

Develop audience targeting strategies, customer journeys and conversion funnel

Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages and campaign structure

Analyze campaign performance and turn numbers into actionable insight

Collaborate with the creative, content, influencer and strategy teams to develop campaigns that convert

Generate client-ready reports with insights, recommendations and next step

Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes and emerging advertising trend

Experiment with AI-powered tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting and optimization. What We're Looking For

2 - 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media Buying or Growth Marketing

Agency experience is highly preferred





Strong expertise in

Meta Ads Manager

Google Ads

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Tag Manager

Search Console

LinkedIn Ads

Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, APIs and attribution models

Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets and campaign reporting

Excellent analytical thinking with strong communication skill
