HR Intern | Mumbai Circle (Airtel)
Looking for an HR Intern to support people and culture initiatives across the Mumbai Circle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through events, connect sessions, and culture-building activities.
- Conduct 1:1 interactions with employees to gather insights and enhance employee experience.
- Support capability-building and learning interventions across Sales, Network, and Enabling functions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for design and execution of Key HR initiatives.
