We're Hiring Senior Software Development Engineer (Backend Python + LLM with Strong DSA)

Bengaluru based candidates are preferred.

Immediate Joiners

4 - 8 years of experience, a solid foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and hands-on experience building LLM/Generative AI applications.

Skills Required

- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development (preferred)
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
- Experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Strong understanding of System Design, Distributed Systems, REST APIs, and Microservices
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and performance optimization

Experience

4 - 8 Years with strong backend engineering,



Python development, and DSA expertise.

What You'll Work On

- Design and build scalable backend services using Python
- Develop production-grade applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent workflows
- Design cloud-native microservices and high-performance APIs
- Solve complex engineering problems using advanced DSA and system design principles
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build next-generation AI products
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills (500+ LeetCode problems preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Python backend development
- Experience building scalable distributed systems
- Exposure to production-grade LLM/GenAI applications
