About the Role:

We are looking for a State Head Sales to lead sales operations across the state. This role involves managing a large team, driving sales growth, building merchant relationships, and ensuring smooth field operations to meet business targets.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and manage a team of City Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives across the state
- Track team headcount and ensure the right resources are in place across locations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support underperforming team members with clear improvement plans
- Monitor field operations to maintain merchant quality and satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and state-level performance metrics
- Analyze sales data to spot trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the state




- Work closely with the marketing team on state-level campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events and build solid market presence
- Conduct field visits to engage with key merchants and support the team on ground
- Drive personal loan sales initiatives and build strategies to improve cash flow
- Onboard and retain strong merchant partnerships across the state

What We're Looking For:

- 6 to 9 years of sales management experience in finance/NBFC, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing (MBA preferred)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
