Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to claims processing.
- Authorize or deny claims based on eligibility verification and ensure timely payment from patients or insurance companies.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Identify areas of improvement in revenue cycle management processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Analyst role in US Healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of AR calling, authorization, claims processing, denial management, follow-ups, and revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in using software applications such as [insert specific software].
