Policybazaar is looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused professionals to join our International Sales Team. Key Responsibilities

- Connect with international customers through outbound voice calls.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales while achieving monthly targets.

- Build long-term customer relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.

- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

- Meet quality standards and achieve individual sales KPIs.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 04 years in International Sales, International Voice Process, BPO,



Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or any customer-facing sales role.

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts (if applicable).

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
