About the Role

Were looking for a Visual Designer who can elevate Evens brand through thoughtful, high-quality visual design. Youll create cohesive visual experiences across campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and customer-facing touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design aesthetic who enjoys crafting polished visuals, maintaining design consistency, and raising the creative bar across everything we ship.

What Youll Do

- Design visually compelling assets for brand campaigns and marketing initiatives.

- Create illustrations, graphics, and visual storytelling assets.

- Design for social media, websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and customer-facing experiences.

- Help evolve and maintain Evens visual identity across online and offline touchpoints.

- Collaborate closely with brand, marketing,



and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.

- Build reusable templates, visual systems, and design assets that improve consistency and speed.

- Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute ideas for campaigns and launches.

- Ensure every deliverable reflects a high standard of craft, quality, and brand consistency.

What Youll Need

- 3-6 years of experience in visual or brand design.

- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, marketing creatives, and visual storytelling.

- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.

- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.

- Strong attention to detail and a refined sense of visual craft.

- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate across teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

- Experience designing for consumer brands or digital products.

- Knowledge of motion design or experience collaborating with motion designers.

- Experience building or maintaining brand guidelines and design systems.

- Experience working in a startup or high-growth setting.

- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and design workflows.
