We are Hiring: DGM HR | Infrastructure Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations for Head Office and project sites.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, deployment and retention.
- Handle employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, wages, gratuity, bonus, etc.
- Manage HR policies, payroll coordination, attendance and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and site teams for workforce requirements.
- Oversee site administration, employee welfare and grievance management.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and government/authority representatives on HR/compliance matters.
