Minimum 7+ years in Manufacturing domain with strong exposure to support & development
• Provide L2/L3 support for Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, Production, Costing)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (transactions, data, integrations)
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term fixes
• Handle service requests (setup changes, master data corrections, process fixes)
• Work on enhancements and configuration changes (process improvements, recent setups)
• Support project activities including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation
• Participate in SIT/UAT, regression testing, and release/patch deployments
• Support month-end manufacturing processes (costing, reconciliation)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical teams for integrations and customizations




• Maintain documentation (RCA reports, design docs, test evidence, knowledge articles)
78 years of experience in Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, Costing), production support and enhancements/configuration changes
Preferred:
• OIC integrations
• BI Reporting
Good to have:
• Agile model experience
• Inventory & Production process expertise
Experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) whumbith strong ownership and problem-solving ability
Good to have Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM – Manufacturing / Inventory / Cost Management certifications
