We are hiring an Experience Centre Head for a leading logistics organization

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead large-scale call center/customer experience operations.

* Drive AI & automation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

* Monitor and improve key metrics including SLA, AHT, CSAT, NPS, Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, and Quality

* Lead RCA, process improvement, benchmarking, and workforce planning.

* Define strategies and ensure successful end-to-end implementation.

* Build high-performing teams and drive a customer-first culture.

Preferred Profile:

* Experience leading large contact center operations.

* Robust expertise in CX transformation, AI & automation, and operational excellence.

* Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
