Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

- 610 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 3 end-to-end Employee Central (Core) implementations and 3+ support projects.
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core).
- Experience in configuring Foundation Objects, Corporate Data Model, and Country-Specific Data Models.
- Hands-on experience in Position Management, Global Assignment, and Concurrent Employment.
- Working knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including permission groups, roles, and target populations.
- Working knowledge of Story Reports (People Analytics) or Advanced Reporting.
- Experience in Business Rules (MDF), Workflows, Event Reasons, and Derivation Rules.
- Experience with Metadata Framework (MDF) for creating custom objects and UI Screen Designer.
- Experience translating complex client business rules into technical business requirements.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off or SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits.
- Experience in HRIS Sync and integration with downstream modules such as Performance & Goals,



Recruitment, and Compensation.
- Experience with Data Migration tools, including Import Foundation Data and Import Employee Data, ensuring data integrity during cutover.
- Experience in Point-to-Point (PTP) Integration, EC Payroll (ECP) Integration, or BIB Integration at a basic level.
- Experience integrating with third-party vendors using Integration Center or SAP CPI.
- Experience in system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.
- Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.

Positive to Have

- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management.
- Working knowledge of SAP Work Zone or SAP IAS.
