Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Visakhapatnam

Industry Preference: Factory Automation, Electrical Switchgear Components, Controls & Automation Products

Job Purpose:

The role involves understanding customer requirements and providing suitable machinery safety solutions using the company's product portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for technical discussions with customers, recommending solutions, supporting sales activities, and achieving business targets for electro-mechanical products and solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate safety solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for technical clarifications.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide effective technical solutions.
- Achieve sales targets for electro-mechanical products and solution-based offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to RFQs and technical enquiries with accurate information.
- Provide customized product configurations and solutions.
- Support post-sales implementation and troubleshooting activities.




- Coordinate with sales support teams for PO booking and timely material delivery.
- Ensure timely payment collection as per forecast.
- Maintain regular sales reports and CRM updates.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and MIS reports.
- Conduct customer training and technical presentations.

Technical Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics.
- Knowledge of machinery safety products and automation solutions will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of commercial aspects including taxation and duties.
- Knowledge of CRM and SAP will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
