Experience: Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and allied areas.
Language Skills:
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

Job Description: As an Executive in our Audit & Assurance team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing audit engagements in line with client requirements and risk assessments. The role involves supervising audit teams, ensuring compliance with applicable auditing standards, providing technical guidance, and delivering high-quality audit outcomes within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing audit plans and strategies based on client requirements & risk assessments.
- Monitor day to day progress of the engagement.
- Supervise, review, and guide the work of junior team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Effectively delegate work to ensure optimal utilization of team resources.
- Execute audit plans in compliance with applicable auditing standards (e.g.,
SA, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and related deliverables.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during audit engagements; address queries and provide technical guidance.
- Assist in preparation of audit reports, management letters, and other deliverables.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management/partners.
Skills required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, and auditing standards.
- Understanding of financial systems, audit methodologies, and data processing tools.
- Excellent drafting and formal communication skills for interaction with clients and senior management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and tools; comfortable working in a computerized audit workplace, including documentation and filings.
- Effective presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of professional corporate presentations.
- Proactive, result-oriented team player with adaptability and innovative thinking
Experience:
- 2-7 years relevant post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit.
