Role Overview

You will partner with plant teams and business leaders to solve high impact operational challenges using digital and analytics driven approaches. The role blends robust functional understanding of manufacturing with hands on exposure to data, analytics tools, and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Lead or contribute to digital and analytics engagements across plant operations, supply chain, and asset management.




- Identify operational pain points and translate them into analytics based solutions and AI/ML use cases.
- Conduct diagnostics, site studies, and data driven assessments to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Support or lead delivery of solutions that enhance reliability, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare structured, insight driven client deliverables and present recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and mentor junior resources.

Experience

Experience needed: Senior Consultant (4-7 years)/ Manager (7-12 years).

Must have

- Hands on experience in heavy industrial operations (metals & mining, power generation, cement, chemicals), across plant operations, maintenance, supply chain.

Qualifications

- Preferred Background: B.Tech + MBA
- Relevant Sectors: Metals & Mining, Power Generation, Process Manufacturing
