- Engineering Consulting & Technology Transfer The core philosophy is Simulation Driven Engineering. An engineer's role at the company involves leveraging theoretical skills, state-of-the-art software as well as physical testing to develop products that outperform the best in the market. Most of the activities revolve around core Mechanical Engineering.

Job Profile of an entry level Engineer:

- Design -- Modeling and Drafting: ◦ Create 3D CAD Models ◦ Design Detailing, BoM, Drawings Preparation





◦ 2D to 3D / 3D to 2D Conversion of Engineering Data ◦ Sourcing of bought out components

◦ Manufacturing Vendor management

◦ Assembly & Testing of Products • Simulation -- Modeling and Post-processing: ◦ Finite Element Modeling ◦ Results Post-processing • Documentation:

◦ Creating and maintaining modeling and analysis documentation Desired Candidate Characteristics: Passion for Engineering: Needs to have a strong inclination towards fundamental mechanical engineering and design activities.

Mechanical Engineering Academics: Strong theoretical foundation in engineering design, mechanics, and mathematics Project/Work Experience: Experience from concept development, product design to manufacturing and physical testing would be a plus.

Modeling and Simulation experience: Prior modeling and simulation engineering would be a plus General Skills which can be valuable are: Comfort with computers and technology

Strong Communication and Technical Writing Skills.

Education: BTech/ M Tech Mechanical Engineering Experience: 0 – 1 years Future career direction would be to grow into a Product Design Engineer or a CAE Analyst.
