Role Summary

Responsible for gap & flush inspection of assemblies using Gap Gun Pro 2, ensuring 100

identification of gap and flush issues and completion of inspection within defined TAT.

Key Responsibilities

Perform gap & flush measurements on assembled car body

Ensure complete inspection coverage of all defined points

Identify and report gap variation and flushness deviations (high/low)

Compare results with specifications and highlight deviations

Generate accurate inspection reports

Maintain proper handling of equipment

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Gap Gun Pro 2 (Third dimension)

Knowledge of gap & flush standards and fitment quality

Basic understanding of GD&T;

Qualification

Diploma Mechanical / Automotive

Key KPIs

Inspection TAT: 100 on-time completion

Inspection Coverage: 100 points checked

Issue Detection: 100 gap & flush issues identified

Customer Defect Escape: 0 defects

Reporting Accuracy: 100 correct reports
