About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated MBA Finance or M.Com (Finance) who are eager to build a career as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant. This is a great opportunity to blend financial domain expertise with cutting-edge ERP technology and work with some of the best minds in the industry.

Location - Vadodara

Experience - 0 to 1 year

Qualification - MBA (Finance) / M.Com (Finance) Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)
- Understand client business processes and map them to D365 Finance modules




- Work with senior consultants on solution design, configuration, testing, and training
- Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and document functional specifications
- Support data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Provide post-go-live support and user training
- Continuously upskill in D365 functionality, finance best practices, and business process optimization

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Interest in technology and ERP systems (prior exposure to D365 is a plus, not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Willingness to learn and build a career in functional consulting
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools

Preferred Background:

- MBA with specialization in Finance OR
- M.Com with specialization in Finance recently qualified
- Internship or academic exposure to ERP/finance systems is desirable
