YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a talented and driven Material Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and modifying purchase orders and Info Records in the SAP system, ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate will assist in the purchasing process, including vendor communication, and maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities. Proficiency in SAP MM T-codes and Excel is required to analyze data, create reports.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Purchase Order Creation / Modification: Generate and manage purchase orders in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Info record creation / Modification: Modify and update Info Record (IR) as necessary to reflect accurate transaction details.
- Purchasing Process: Assist in the overall purchasing process, including vendor communication.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and update relevant databases and spreadsheets.
- SAP MM T-codes: Utilize SAP MM T-codes effectively to manage procurement activities and ensure data integrity.
- Excel Proficiency: Use Excel to analyse data, create reports, and manage inventory levels.
YOUR PROFILE
Process Skills
- Material requirement Planning
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP MM T-codes.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Client Handling Skills:
- Not applicable
Preferred Qualification:
- Education: B Tech (Mechanical, Electrical) / BBA, MBA in Supply Chain Management/Finance Experience
Experience Requirements:
- 1 to 3 Years in MRP, Production planning, Procurement.
