- Vessel / Ship Operations Coordination with Terminal Vessels for smooth berthing, discharge sail-off
- Overseeing managing the statutory requirements on the ship side
- Container Operations Ensuring all landside requirements are managed viz. issuing of necessary forms, Gate-in etc.
- Liaising coordinating with Container Depots, Container Freight Stations (CFS), Inland Container Depots (ICDs) for monitoring report of movement of containers
- Vessel agency Cargo handling related work ( Pre -arrival to Departure)
- Regular Interaction for above with Principals/Vessel Master/Owner
- Monitoring and achieving excellence on vessel turn around
- TDR to In house teams( Sales / Finance / EQC) / Principals / Partners
- Vessel analysis on operations/TT/costs/Billing
- Information to Principals/In house on updates w.r.t. Authorities related to work at site
- Monitoring,



coordinating and reporting on container movements from discharging to loading
- Vessel Husbanding
- Coordinating with Principal Maintenance Repair (MR) department for damage containers at Depot and carrying out repairs in liaison with Depot.
- Ensure timely submission of reports as per the deadline
