We are hiring a high-performance Marketplace Analyst who is obsessed with growth, data, and execution. This role is for someone who doesn’t just manage listings — but actively drives revenue, improves rankings, and scales performance across U.S. marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Zoro.

What You’ll Own

- Revenue growth across key marketplaces
- Ranking and visibility improvements through keyword strategy
- Conversion rate optimization on product listings
- PPC performance (ROAS, ACOS, scaling profitable campaigns)
- Data-driven decision making across listings, pricing, and promotions

Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize product listings to maximize traffic and conversion
- Execute keyword research, SEO, and bidding strategies to improve rankings
- Analyze performance data to identify growth levers and inefficiencies
- Build and maintain reports tracking sales, traffic, conversion, and ad performance




- Continuously optimize PPC campaigns based on ROI and performance metrics
- Identify and test opportunities in pricing, bundling, and promotions
- Ensure listings are fully optimized, accurate, and competitive
- Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and accelerate growth

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing U.S. marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc)
- Engineering or Science Degree from a recognized institution preferred
- Strong command of Excel and data analysis
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth (rankings, revenue, ROAS)
- Experience with tools like Helium10, Magento, or similar
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a bias for action
- Ability to operate independently and own outcomes
