? Industry: D2C | Ecommerce | FMCG | Beauty & Personal Care At SkinQ, we're looking for a Marketplace Operations Executive to manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart), and other marketplace partners.

Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processing, from receipt to fulfillment.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Marketplace teams to ensure timely dispatches.

Track consignments and proactively resolve delivery or fulfillment issues.

Monitor and improve Regional In-Stock (RIS) and On-Shelf Availability (OSA) across marketplace channels.

Prepare demand forecasts and support inventory planning based on business requirements.

Manage inventory replenishment to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Ensure timely inward of inventory at Fulfillment Centers (FCs)



and marketplace warehouses.

Track GRNs, RTVs, claims, shortages, and inventory reconciliations.

Handle operational escalations with marketplace support teams.

Prepare and maintain daily and weekly operational MIS reports.

Ensure catalogue readiness and operational preparedness for new product launches and campaigns.

Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure seamless marketplace operations.

Preferred Candidate

Profile

2–5 years of experience in Marketplace or Ecommerce Operations.

Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, and Quick Commerce operational processes.

Hands-on experience in PO Management, Inventory Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Replenishment.

Robust analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
