Roles and Responsibilities

Leverage marketing systems and tools to the best possible extent and drive industry best practices for B2B enterprise marketing automation technology innovations. Align with members of Marketing Ops, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the worldwide marketing automation business systems. Be the subject matter expert for marketing automation teams, aiding usage, troubleshooting, configuration, and enablement.

Work closely with marketing product management and other teams, marketing stakeholders, and international counterparts to deliver solutions that can scale globally. Supports, configures, tests, and troubleshoots applications and tools that enable marketing automation,



lead management functions, and related business processes. Work with the integration teams to design and develop interfaces/integration to and from salesforce.com/marketo and related internal and external systems.

Emphasize on Business Process Improvement and Automation of key marketing/sales and cross functional processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

4 years of related business analyst, marketing automation applications, preferably Marketo and integration experience, including cross-functional processes. SalesForce administrator experience is a plus. CRM certifications with Marketo & Salesforce (strongly preferred).

Robust understanding of data hygiene and analytics. Exposure to marketing lifecycle and demand generation concepts, and related processes including marketing resource management, outbound marketing, activity management, lead scoring, lead nurture, and opportunity management. Governance experience with large marketing automation, digital communication, CRM, or similar platforms.
