We are looking for a proactive and target driven Marketing & Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities while driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Support digital marketing activities such as social media and email campaigns.

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Maintain CRM records and submit sales reports.

Preferred Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Valuable negotiation and closing ability.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
