About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented MBA Marketing freshers who are passionate about sales and business development. The intern will play a key role in identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting the company's products and services, and supporting revenue growth through direct sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Identify prospective customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM or Excel.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and order processing.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Eligibility
- MBA in Marketing (2025 Pass-outs).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or digital prospecting tools is preferred.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
