- CRM administration and data hygiene

You should have ✔️ 3+ years hands-on experience in HubSpot (non-negotiable)

✔️ Experience with API integration and n8n automation (non-negotiable)

✔️ Expertise in creating effective dashboards for the leadership

✔️ Comfort with excel/spreadsheet - imports, dedupe, and bulk data work

Nice to have

HubSpot/Salesforce certification, events or B2B background, GDPR exposure, light HTML/CSS for email.
