About The

Role The primary responsibility is to develop a productive network of referral partners (Silver Envoys), generate qualified leads for home interior projects, and support the branch's business development activities. This role does not involve direct sales but requires regular field visits within a 30 km radius of the assigned branch.

Position: Marketing Officer / BDE

Location: Hinjawadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

Experience: Fresher / 1–2 Years of B2C Sales Experience

Qualification: BBA / MBA (Marketing) What You'll Do





Build and expand a strong network of Silver Envoys (referral partners) within your assigned branch area.

Identify, meet, and onboard potential referral partners.

Generate quality leads for home interior projects.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners.

Learn the sales process and gain in-depth knowledge of the interior design industry.

Submit regular reports on partner enrolments and lead generation activities. What We're Looking For
