Marketing Manager Department : Marketing Reports To General Manager Job Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to increase showroom footfall, generate sales leads, strengthen brand awareness, and achieve monthly revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership, field marketing expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to manage a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Marketing

StrategyDevelop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans. Create promotional campaigns for festivals, weddings, seasonal offers, and recent collections. Identify new business opportunities and customer acquisition strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. 2.

Field

MarketingPlan and execute field marketing activities to generate showroom walk-ins. Coordinate roadshows, exhibitions, apartment campaigns, corporate tie-ups, and community events. Build relationships with corporate companies, institutions, associations, and influencers. 3.

Digital

MarketingMonitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, and other digital campaigns. Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve lead generation. Track campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement.

- Team ManagementLead, train, motivate, and monitor the marketing team. Assign daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching. Ensure discipline, productivity, and timely reporting. 5.

Sales

SupportWork closely with Branch Managers and Sales Teams to increase conversions. Plan marketing initiatives to improve showroom footfall and sales. Support product launches and promotional events. 6.

Budget





ManagementPrepare and monitor marketing budgets. Ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources. Evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing spend.

- Reporting & AnalysisSubmit Daily Activity Reports (DAR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Marketing Reports. Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance. Present reports and recommendations to management.

Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs)Monthly showroom footfall. Sales generated through marketing campaigns. Lead generation and conversion rate. Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). Number of field marketing activities completed. Digital campaign performance. Team productivity and target achievement. Brand awareness and customer engagement.
