Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager Marketing & Business Development to drive business growth for our MEP/Electrical EPC business across Pune, Mumbai, and the rest of Maharashtra. The candidate should possess strong industry relationships with developers, industrial clients, consultants, architects, PMCs, and corporate customers, with a proven track record of generating business opportunities and securing EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Electrical, MEP, HT/LT, Data Center, Industrial, Commercial, and Infrastructure EPC projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:

- Industrial Clients

- Solar Clients

- Corporate Clients

- Consultants

- Architects

- Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
- Government & Semi-Government Organizations
- Regularly meet clients, consultants, architects, and key decision-makers to promote company services.
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, and investment opportunities across Maharashtra.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for techno-commercial proposals.
- Lead pre-bid discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Achieve monthly and annual order booking targets.
- Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly MIS reports on business development activities.
- Develop strategic partnerships and identify new market segments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in MEP/Electrical EPC marketing.
- Strong network with clients, consultants, architects, and PMCs in Pune, Mumbai, and Maharashtra.
- Excellent knowledge of tendering, pre-qualification, EPC contracting, and project acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently develop current business and convert leads into orders.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra & Pan India.
