Role Description The Marketing Manager at Hike Learning Platform will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, student enrollment, and engagement. This full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across online and offline channels, and coordinating with academic and operations teams to promote programs and services.

The Marketing

Manager will oversee market research, analyze campaign performance, manage the marketing budget, and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors. Day-to-day tasks include content and collateral development, event and outreach planning,



social media and digital presence management, and regular reporting on key marketing metrics.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in education or service-based marketing, with the ability to plan and manage integrated campaigns.

Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media management, basic SEO/SEM understanding, and performance tracking.

Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Proficiency in creating and overseeing marketing content such as brochures, web copy, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Solid organizational and project management abilities, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Prior experience in the education sector or test-preparation industry in India is highly beneficial.

Comfort working in office in Kerala and engaging directly with students, parents, and institutional partners.
