About Maithri Aquatech- Maithri Aquatech is a pioneer in sustainable water solutions, best known for MEGHDOOT an Atmospheric Water Generator that produces safe, clean drinking water from air. We are on a mission to solve water scarcity through innovation, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to help tell that story to the world.

About the Role-

The Marketing Manager will own the creation and execution of our marketing strategy end to end.

You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to drive brand growth and lead generation. Beyond campaign execution, you will shape the company's narrative and manage website content, messaging, and our social media presence. The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and sharp attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities-

- Define and execute marketing and communication activities in line with the company's marketing plan.

- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate qualified leads

Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to promote our offerings

- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, optimizing for ROI





- Manage and continually refresh website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO effectiveness

- Own brand messaging and positioning across all channels, ensuring a consistent voice

- Lead the social media strategy plan content calendars, grow engagement, and manage community interaction

- Conceptualize and run narrative-driven campaigns that build brand awareness and thought leadership

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners as needed

Qualifications-

- MBA (Marketing or related specialization) required

- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, cleantech, water, or sustainability domains

- Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

- Robust verbal, written, and organizational skills

- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools: CMS, SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing, and analytics platforms

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
