About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong "go-getter" attitude to lead our brand into its next phase of growth in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end strategy formulation, brand building, multi-channel digital marketing, and execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Marketing & Planning

- Develop and execute comprehensive short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business revenue goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend mapping to identify untapped opportunities.
- Define and refine target buyer personas, value propositions, and positioning strategies.

2. Brand Building & Management

- Conceptualize and execute high-impact brand campaigns (360-degree marketing) to enhance brand visibility, equity, and recall.
- Oversee brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints (digital, print, retail, and PR).
- Manage public relations, influencer partnerships, offline activations, and celebrity/team-oriented tie-ups.

3. Digital Marketing & Growth

- Drive full-funnel digital strategy, including Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads), SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Content Strategy.
- Lead social media strategy to drive organic growth, community engagement,



and brand storytelling.
- Utilize analytics (Google Analytics, social tools, ad platform metrics) to track campaign ROI, CAC, ROAS, and optimize performance continuously.

4. Retail & Trade Marketing (Off-line)

- Plan and execute in-store promotional campaigns, visual merchandising strategies, and seasonal/festive offers.
- Organize events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and product launches to drive footfall and engagement.

5. Leadership & Operations

- Manage marketing budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure optimal resource allocation with maximum ROI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Product Development, and Retail Operations) to drive unified business strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in a core marketing role, developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in the Jewellery / Gems & Jewellery industry is highly preferred. Experience in Fashion, Luxury, Premium Lifestyle, or D2C brands is also a strong advantage.
- Core Competencies: Brand Management, Strategic Planning, Digital Performance Marketing, Budget Management, and Market Research.
- Mindset: Strong go-getter attitude—self-motivated, proactive problem-solver, ownership-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
- Availability: Immediate joiners (or candidates with a short notice period) preferred.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate immediately to Mumbai.
