Company Description: Obble is an early-stage company reimagining how modern hiring works, with a focus on how people discover, evaluate, and trust talent. The team is building a new foundation for hiring that reduces friction, boosts confidence, and enables faster, better decisions for organizations and candidates.

Obble is currently in stealth mode, collaborating closely with selected partners and carefully refining its product before public launch. This setting offers candidates the opportunity to contribute to an ambitious product at an early stage and influence how it comes to market.

Role Description: This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how a software company finds customers, talks to them, and grows. You will work across market research, outbound, content, and customer conversations, gaining exposure to every part of the go-to-market process. You will work directly with the founders, so your work will be visible, your feedback will be immediate,



and you will have real ownership from day one.

What you will do:

- Research the staffing market: who the agencies are, how they work, and which ones fit what we have built.
- Run outbound campaigns end to end, and report honestly on what worked.
- Help with content and social, including the launch material going out on LinkedIn.
- Join customer calls, take the notes that matter, and turn them into something the team can act on.

What we are looking for:

- Clear, direct written English. This is most of the job.
- Available for at least three months, mostly full-time.
- Genuine curiosity about business, and the patience for research that is not glamorous.

Nice to have:

- You have done sales, marketing, or recruiting work before, in any form.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and with the usual outbound tooling.
