Role Description This remote Marketing Intern role offers hands-on experience supporting marketing and business development activities in an international trade environment. The intern will assist with market research, including gathering and analyzing data on target markets, competitors, and industry trends. Daily tasks include supporting marketing strategy development, preparing marketing materials, and contributing to social media and digital outreach initiatives.

The intern will help with sales-related activities such as lead tracking, basic outreach support, and coordination with customer service to ensure a consistent client experience.



This is an internship role designed to provide practical training and mentorship while contributing to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data collection, analysis, and basic reporting on industry, competitors, and customer segments.

Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills, including professionalism in client interactions, responsiveness, and an interest in relationship building.

Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, with an understanding of fundamental marketing concepts and an interest in digital and international marketing.

Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field is preferred but not required. Intern will report to Marketing Lead.
