Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, analytical Marketing Intern who wants to master the art and science of Full-Stack B2B Marketing.

If you hold a technical degree (B.E./B.Tech) and are currently pursuing your MBA in Marketing, this role is built for you. You will sit at the intersection of technical understanding and commercial strategy—translating complex IT services, cloud architectures, and software solutions into high-converting marketing campaigns, search strategies, and sales pipelines.

- Target Candidates: MBA / PGDM (Marketing) students with a background in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)

Key Responsibilities 1. SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

a. Assist in keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits tailored to enterprise IT buyer personas.

b. Optimize website copy, technical blogs, and landing pages for traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and AI search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude).

c. Help map out search intent to build organic visibility across the entire B2B buying journey.

2. Email Marketing & Campaign Execution a. Write, design, and deploy cold email sequences, newsletters, and lead-nurturing workflows targeting C-suite and IT leadership.

b. Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, messaging formats, CTAs, and send times to improve open and click-through rates.

c. Maintain clean email list hygiene, segmentation, and domain reputation.

3. Pipeline & Demand Generation a. Work closely with the sales/business development team to manage and track lead flow within our CRM.





b. Help execute outbound and inbound campaign strategies aimed at generating qualified leads (MQLs to SQLs).

c. Track campaign performance metrics, conversion funnels, and assist in preparing weekly marketing performance dashboards.

4. Technical Content & Value Messaging a. Collaborate with internal solutions architects and engineers to translate complex IT capabilities (Cloud, CRM, Enterprise Billing, AI) into simple, compelling marketing collateral.

b. Draft short-form copy for social media (LinkedIn), email campaigns, landing pages, and case study briefs.

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Currently pursuing an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fi elds).
- Technical & Marketing Mindset: Ability to quickly understand complex B2B IT offerings and convey technical value propositions to business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Digital Tools: Basic knowledge or eagerness to learn B2B tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs), email platforms, and generative AI platforms.
- Analytical Approach: A data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign metrics, test hypotheses, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copy-editing skills.
