About the Role

RAR Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a precision engineering company serving industrial and defence sectors. We are looking for a smart, confident, and self-motivated Marketing & Business Development Executive who can independently manage our marketing activities, communicate with customers, generate business opportunities, and help grow the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Speak fluent English and communicate professionally with Indian and international customers.
- Generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Google, and other platforms.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into business.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and company profiles.
- Maintain customer database and CRM records.
- Coordinate with management regarding customer requirements and project updates.
- Update the company website, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Assist in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.




- Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident on telephone and video calls.
- Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, IndiaMART, digital marketing, and AI tools like ChatGPT is an advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn technical products.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or any related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering marketing will be preferred.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
