Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Operations Executive role based in Coimbatore. The role involves supporting and executing marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects, coordinating promotional activities, and assisting in lead generation and conversion efforts. The Executive will help manage on-ground events, channel partner engagements, and customer interactions, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a positive experience.

Daily responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, maintaining reports, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and ensuring timely execution of marketing and operational plans.



The role also includes overseeing basic operational processes at project sites or offices, supporting documentation, and helping streamline workflows for efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

Marketing and promotion skills, including campaign coordination, brand awareness activities, and basic knowledge of real estate marketing practices.

Operational and coordination abilities, such as managing daily processes, supporting project execution, and maintaining organized documentation and reports.

ability to interact with Vendors professionally, handle queries, and support site visits and events.

Analytical and reporting capabilities, such as tracking performance metrics, preparing dashboards, and using data to suggest improvements.

Strong communication skills in English and regional languages, with the ability to present information clearly to internal teams and customers.

Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort using digital tools for marketing and operations.

Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; prior experience in real estate or field marketing is an advantage.
