We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Marketing Executive who can drive qualified lead generation, strengthen our brand presence, and support successful project launches. Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and other platforms.

- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and optimize lead quality.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS and campaign performance.
- Execute branding activities, ATL, BTL and OOH campaigns.
- Support Channel Partner marketing initiatives and broker meets.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies and media partners.
- Conduct market research and prepare performance reports.





Required Skills Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, ATL/BTL/OOH, CRM, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Communication and Coordination.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Mass Communication or related field. MBA preferred.

Digital

Marketing certifications are an advantage.

Experience Minimum 4+ years in marketing, preferably with at least 2 years in the real estate industry. KPIs Qualified leads, CPL, CPA, Lead-to-Visit Conversion, ROAS, Campaign ROI, Website Traffic and Timely Project Launch Execution.
