About the Role

Advance Petrochemicals Ltd is looking for a proactive, result-oriented Marketing Executive (Lead Generation Only) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating quality business leads through multiple channels to support business growth in the chemical industry.

Note: This is a 100% remote (Work From Home) opportunity open exclusively to female candidates .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate high-quality business leads through telemarketing, cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
- Research target industries to build and maintain an accurate, structured database of potential customers.
- Initiate first contact with prospects to understand their requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Regularly follow up with and nurture prospective clients for future business opportunities.




- Consistently meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups on all qualified leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales (experience in the chemical industry is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint ).
- Hands-on ability with Canva to design social media posts, flyers, brochures, and marketing pitch decks.
- Basic knowledge of digital and social media platforms ( LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business ).
- Work Ethic: Solid ability to work independently, manage targets, and maintain a self-motivated, target-oriented mindset.

- Salary Package: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (₹3 to ₹5 LPA)
