About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director with a proven track record in the Geo-engineering Products and Fencing Products industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic client relationships, expanding market presence, and securing projects from government departments, infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, and key institutional clients.

This role requires a highly connected industry qualified with an established network and strong expertise in business development, sales strategy, and government liaison.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to drive business growth.
- Identify and acquire new clients across infrastructure, construction, railways, highways, mining, irrigation, industrial, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, tenders, and project discussions.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value business deals.
- Expand the company's presence in the geo-engineering and fencing products market.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client events.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market intelligence for management.

- Minimum 8+ years of sales and marketing experience in:
