Bethany Christian Schools is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Advancement Team.

Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, this position leads Bethany's marketing and communications efforts, helping tell the school's story while supporting enrollment, advancement, and community engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing the school's brand, website, social media, digital and print communications, advertising, photography and video, and collaborating with the Admissions Office on enrollment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting
- Proficiency with digital marketing and communications tools such as Finalsite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Google Analytics, and related platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust organizational skills, creativity, and commitment to professional ethics

Bethany Christian Schools is seeking a bus driver for the daily Elkhart–Bethany route before and after school. We are looking for individuals with a safe driving record and strong interpersonal skills who relate well to students and parents.

Drivers operate 14-passenger buses, so no CDL is required. Compensation is $30 per run, and we are currently seeking drivers for both morning and afternoon routes.
