We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Lead to drive our marketing initiatives, strengthen our digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and capable of managing both marketing and business development activities. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn profile and professional networking activities.

Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.

Support the Sales team in lead generation, client engagement, and business development initiatives.





Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Required

Skills

3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in social media management and LinkedIn marketing.

Proven expertise in lead generation and B2B marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
