Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate role based in Delhi, India.

The Marketing

Associate will help grow DU Times’ readership and brand visibility across campuses and digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, conducting outreach to student groups, and supporting partnerships with university societies and sponsors. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, assisting with social media and online promotions,



and collaborating with editorial and design teams to align marketing efforts with content initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for engaging with students, partners, and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills to understand student interests, campus trends, and audience behavior.

Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to design and implement campaigns, drive promotions, and support sponsorships.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, organize, and track multiple marketing initiatives and events.

Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with social media platforms, basic data analysis, creativity in campaign ideation, and an interest in student media and campus life.

A relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced, student-focused environment.
