Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with a minimum of 5 year of BFSI experience to join our Agency Channel team. You will be responsible for recruiting advisors, driving life insurance sales, and ensuring strong client relationships and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit advisors and drive life insurance sales through the agency model
- Conduct joint field calls for client acquisition and retention
- Participate in joint calls for group insurance prospects
- Organize client engagement activities such as health camps and client meets
- Coordinate with insurance companies to generate group insurance quotes
- Ensure regular follow-ups and consistent business development with advisors
- Maintain proper sales process and timely reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 year of field BFSI experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recruit and manage advisor networks
- Goal-oriented with a passion for growth
