About the Role

We are looking for an experienced skilled to lead project execution for Barbeque Nations expansion plans. The role involves driving end-to-end outlet development, vendor management, financial planning, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution for new outlets from planning to handover.

- Develop and manage annual expansion and project budgets.

- Oversee vendor sourcing, rate negotiations, and contracts.

- Manage project timelines, financials, and ROI analysis.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.

- Apply innovative and cost-effective methods in project delivery.





- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Postgraduate in Infrastructure / Construction Management (essential).

- 10-15 years experience in Project Management, preferably in F&B;, Hospitality, or Retail.

- Strong exposure to interior fit-outs, MEP, HVAC, and facility planning.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
