Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

- Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.

Receiving and Inspection:

- Supervise the receiving process to verify the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments.
- Ensure that goods are properly inspected, documented, and stored in designated areas.

Storage and Organization:

- Oversee the organization of goods within the warehouse for efficient space utilization.
- Implement storage systems and procedures to maintain the integrity of products.
- Ensure that goods are stored in a manner that minimizes damage and spoilage.

Order Fulfilment:

- Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Monitor order accuracy and on-time delivery.




- Implement processes to optimize order fulfilment efficiency.

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Set performance goals and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse setting.
- Conduct safety training for warehouse staff.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance.
