Job Role

We are hiring Telecalling Executives who can support large-scale hiring through outbound calling, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high call volumes and meeting daily hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle bulk/mass hiring requirements for multiple positions.
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and internal references.




- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Explain job roles, salary, location, and company policies to candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker.
- Achieve daily calling, interview, and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates.

Required Skills

- Experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Hiring / Volume Hiring.
- Strong experience in High Volume Calling and Cold Calling.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, job portals, and recruitment tools.

Eligibility

- Experience: 6 Months to 3 Year in Telecalling, Recruitment, or Customer Support.
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and telecalling experience may also be considered.

Language Requirement

Candidates must be proficient in English and at least one of the following regional languages:

- Tamil
- Hindi
- Telugu
- Kannada
- Malayalam
