- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in SME lending, focusing on equipment finance, machinery loans, and working capital solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients across various industries to identify their financial needs and provide tailored loan products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and improve sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in SME lending or related field (NBFC).
- Robust understanding of MSME loan schemes such as CGTM/Sishu Finance/Mudra Loan etc.
- Proven track record in managing teams for achieving sales targets in equipment finance/machinery loans/working capital solutions.
