We are seeking a detail-oriented Casualty Analyst to monitor, research, and report incidents within the maritime industry. The role involves tracking global maritime events through news sources and email alerts, validating information, and publishing accurate incident reports on the client portal in a defined format.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor global maritime news sources, databases, and email alerts to identify relevant incidents (e.g., vessel accidents, collisions, groundings, fires, piracy, environmental incidents).




- Conduct secondary research to validate and enrich incident details using credible sources.
- Extract and structure key information such as:
- Vessel details
- Location and time of incident
- Nature and severity of the casualty
- Impact (crew, cargo, setting)

- Publish incidents on the client portal in a predefined format, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain high turnaround time (TAT) while adhering to quality standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance of reported incidents.
- Track updates on previously reported incidents and update records as new information emerges.
- Flag high-impact or sensitive incidents for escalation as per defined guidelines.
